For those guests booking our, Full Board option, you can look forward to delicious food specially prepared for you by our in-house chefs.
Chef Atalia was born and raised on Inhaca Island, so she naturally has an indulgence and passion for seafood and has her own vegetable garden to provide guests with the freshest of ingredients. All meals are are prepared with the best ingredients available at the local market and of course what the ocean has provided (For premium seafood such as Crayfish, please ask our Managers to assist you at the market, for your costs). You will dine with a 180° view of Inhaca Island’s turquoise ocean and natural surroundings, or on our deck that overlooks the Ocean.
When booking for Full Board Option, please inform our Booking Manager of any dietary requirements or food allergies – we need to be aware of this well before your arrival, due to the remote location, so we can prepare for you.
Please review the facilities we have available at our Lodge on Inhaca Island for the self-catering option. You have full use of the kitchen, bar and dining areas. We have local charcoal for sale, for when you would like to BBQ your fresh caught fish (Our friendly managers can also help you source fresh seafood from the local fisherman and the market.)
Mamas Lodge have a supply of ice available to guests for drinks and your cooler box (We freeze water bottles for fishing excursions.)
